31 Oct Shabbat Project 2016
The Shabbat Project is a global, grassroots movement that brings Jews from across the world together around their shared heritage of Shabbat. The initiative was introduced in South Africa in 2013 to astonishing effect, and in the days that followed, the Jewish world heard, and was inspired by, how the majority of the community kept Shabbat in full, and how Jews were brought together in unprecedented ways.
The London Jewish community was one that heard this calling and have participated since 2014 with growing success in every year. Roedz creative were responsible for Shabbat UK artwork on Henleys corner digital banners which have fortnightly audiences of over 3.4 million people. In addition, advertising was rolled out on to several London buses, further spreading the message of keeping Shabbat to a large audience of the London community.
